
Overview
This project details the collaborative effort behind launching a secure video conferencing platform in a competitive market. As Product Manager, I spearheaded workshops with key stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Design, UX Research) to define the product vision, user needs, and competitive landscape. By leveraging research findings and competitor analysis, I established product principles and a data-driven roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a strong foundation for development.
Throughout the development process, I championed user-centered design principles. User research (surveys, interviews) and data analysis informed the creation of actionable product requirements that addressed identified user pain points. Close collaboration with engineers ensured technical feasibility, leading to the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterative design refinements based on user feedback. This approach culminated in a user-friendly and secure platform that met user needs and provided valuable early user data for future iterations.
