    Effective Communication of the Core Message: The presentation effectively conveyed the issue of low contributor motivation, the proposed User Recognition and Appreciation program, and its potential to elevate user engagement and content quality.

    Data-Driven Approach: The presentation incorporated Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the expected impact of the proposed solution.

    User-Centric Focus: The audience gained valuable insights into user personas and research findings through the inclusion of pie charts demonstrating the user motivation for contributions and the potential impact of a feedback/recognition system.
